Project Overview

The project transformed an inherited apartment, unused for 50 years, into a modern and functional space. It involved a complete renovation, redefining interior spaces, upgrading installations, and finishes to maximize the property’s market value for resale.

Creative Solution

The project perfectly balances functionality and refinement, creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere.

Bathroom and Service Areas:

  • Main bathroom with round bathtub, laundry unit (washer and dryer), bidet, and WC
  • Service bathroom with shower, small sink, and WC
  • Anteroom converted into a walk-in wardrobe for optimal space utilization

Night Zone:

  • Master and single bedrooms relocated to the east side
  • Rooms expanded using space from the old bathroom and hallway
  • Walk-in wardrobe created in the anteroom
  • All hinged doors replaced with sliding doors for better space efficiency

Layout Redesign:

  • Creation of a larger entrance with a functional partition wall
  • Demolition of the wall between the kitchen and dining room to create an open space
  • Optimization of spaces with new room configurations

Space Optimization:

  • A bright open space connected to an 8 m² balcony facing south-west
  • Enlarged entrance with a custom wardrobe and shoe rack
  • Diagonal flooring placement to enhance spatial perception
