Yes, you can cancel your appointment. Just send us an email at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. We will cancel it for you and issue a refund.

We offer three main packages:

  • Silver: Online consultation to guide your choices.
  • Gold: Design of a single space of your choice, such as a kitchen, living room, or bedroom.
  • Platinum: Includes consultation, full interior design, and post-project support.
  • Additionally, we provide an exclusive Turnkey Service, available after a Silver consultation.

 It’s a premium service that includes full project management, site management, and execution of the works, along with all the benefits of the Platinum package. This service is available exclusively in Lombardy, Italy, and Sofia, Bulgaria.

  • For a single room, the estimated time is 1-2 weeks.
  • For a complete renovation, the project can take up to 3 months.

The timeline for a “Turnkey Service” renovation ranges from 2 months to a year, regardless of the property’s size.

The process starts with booking a Silver consultation. During the initial session, we’ll ask you to send us digital materials in advance, such as floor plans, photos, videos, and a completed questionnaire (sent upon order confirmation). Then, you have two options:

  1. If you book a Platinum package, the Silver consultation will be free of charge.
  2. Alternatively, you can choose to proceed with just the Silver consultation.

Absolutely! We create tailor-made solutions, such as staircase-wardrobes, custom kitchens, and more, perfectly adapted to your style and needs.
