Project Overview
The project demonstrates how a 1970s apartment with traditional layout can be transformed into a contemporary and functional space. The intervention has maximized every available square meter, creating an open-plan environment that maintains bedroom privacy while optimizing spaces for modern daily living needs.

Creative Solution
The project perfectly balances functionality and refinement, creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere.
Bathroom and Service Areas:
- Extension of existing bathroom
- Replacement of bathtub with shower box

- Custom under-window cabinet for washing machine
Renewed Living Area:
- Creation of an open space with approximately 10 additional sqm
- Dedicated niche for TV wall not visible from entrance

Layout Redesign:
- Removal of corridor partition walls
- Removal of dividing walls between living room, storage room, and bedroom
- Corridor optimization with slight width reduction
