Project Overview

The project demonstrates how a 1970s apartment with traditional layout can be transformed into a contemporary and functional space. The intervention has maximized every available square meter, creating an open-plan environment that maintains bedroom privacy while optimizing spaces for modern daily living needs.

Creative Solution

The project perfectly balances functionality and refinement, creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere.

Bathroom and Service Areas:

  • Extension of existing bathroom
  • Replacement of bathtub with shower box
  • Vanity unit with storage
  • Custom under-window cabinet for washing machine

Renewed Living Area:

  • Creation of an open space with approximately 10 additional sqm
  • Dedicated niche for TV wall not visible from entrance
  • Optimized kitchen with refined elements

Layout Redesign:

  • Removal of corridor partition walls
  • Removal of dividing walls between living room, storage room, and bedroom
  • Corridor optimization with slight width reduction

Space Optimization:

  • Conversion of windowed storage room into part of living area
